Siyasetnâme Yazım Geleneğinde Bosna-Hersekli Âlimlerin Rolü

Authors

It is possible to take the culture of writing siyasetnâme to the early periods of Islamic History. Although the Holy Quran and Hadiths were first a part of this culture, political books were written in the Abbasids and all sub-sequent Islamic States. These works, which are based on state administration, also existed within the Ottoman Empire. At the same time, many examples of political books written in our history also reflect the understanding of politics of the period. Many scholars born in the Balkans during the Ottoman Empire wrote works such as politics. In our study, the first thing that has taken place in our tradition is advice; Then, we will talk about the politics of politics and the tra-dition of writing politics that developed as reforms over time, and we will try to reveal the course of this culture by dealing with the works of politics written by scholars from Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will reveal the essence of this writing process by examining the works of three political writers we found as a result of scanning the Turkish Manuscripts Archive. Nergisîzade Mehmed Bosnevî, who was born in Bosnia and worked as a muderris and judge, one of the Bosnian scholars who produced works in the form of political books, wrote his work titled “el-Vasfü’l-kamil fî ahvâli’l-vezîri’l-âdil”. Bosnian Hasan Kâfî’s “Usûlü’l-hikem fî nizâmi’l-ʿâlem” and Bosnian Hilmi Baba’s “Risâle fi’s-siyâse” is possible to see his work named and among the types of politician works. These works give us infor-mation about the political understanding of the period and how the state order and administration should be. It also contains information about the history of the era. And it also shows us the existence of the centuries-long tradition of wri-ting political books in the Balkans.
